Constructed from Vaultek's advanced non-metal T3™ Polymer — lightweight, drop tested, and engineered for superior strength — the LifePod 10 Biometric is airtight, dust proof, water resistant, and floats in water. Capable of storing handguns up to 7.75" in overall length, it's equally at home in a travel bag, boat, backpack, or vehicle.

Authorized access is available through three entry methods: the weather resistant high-resolution biometric scanner (stores up to 20 unique fingerprints), the touch-activated Smart Sense™ capacitive keypad (4 to 8 digit master code), or the included backup manual keys. The precision engineered anti-impact latch keeps contents secure under impact, and the anti-picking feature can be enabled from the interior to disable the front keyway for added peace of mind. A steel security cable is included for tethering to a fixed object.

Powered by a 9V alkaline battery (not included) with up to one year of battery life, the LifePod 10 Biometric can also be used without a battery and still functions as a waterproof case. A concealed integrated Micro-USB port provides backup power if the battery dies. The LifePod 10 Biometric meets all TSA guidelines for traveling with a handgun.
