This is an older, used International Eurovault EFP-4517 Fire Burglary Safe from 2003, and we received it from a customer who no longer needed it. The safe shows signs of wear, along with paint chips and some shallow holes from an alarm system that used to be hooked on the safe. These damages do not affect the security or fire ratings. All other components of the safe are in working condition. The safe comes with a 1 hour fire protection at 1750°F, UL RSC burglary rating, LaGard electronic lock, and composite 2" barrier protection. The International Eurovault EFP-4517 Fire Burglary safe is an older from 2003, but it is still robustly constructed. Made with a durable composite material fill, has a 2-inch thick barrier walls and door, UL RSC Burglary rating, and a full 1 hour fire rating—tested at 1750 Degrees Fahrenheit—this Eurovault model can withstand harsh conditions despite its age.
Securing the steel door shut are 7 total, 1.25" thick steel locking bolts, and it is protected with an auto lock bolt detent. Installed on this safe is the LaGard electronic lock.
The interior on this safe comes with 3 adjustable metal storage shelves for organizing your valuables, one of which has a fabric covering (which can be removed) to protect your valuables from scratching. The safe is designed with a white textured paint and comes with a chrome L-shape turn handle.
