The Stealth UL28 RSC Gun Safe delivers certified security and fire protection

Burglary Protection & Construction

The Stealth UL28 Gun Safe passed Underwriters Laboratories testing and received the burglary certification of a UL RSC Residential Security Container Burglary Rated Gun Safe (this rating far exceeds the requirements for a California DOJ Approved Firearm Safety Device). The Stealth UL28 Gun Safe is built with thick 12 gauge steel on the door and body. The door is secured in all 4 directions with 12 total, 1 ¼" thick solid steel locking bolts. With razor-thin door gaps, this safe offers strong pry resistance.

The Stealth UL28 RSC Gun Safe comes standard with the UL Approved SECURAM Toplit High Security Electronic Lock, assembled and tested in the USA. A mechanical dial lock option is also available. The lock is paired with a hard plate and internal re-locker designed to keep the bolts locked if a thief attempts a punch or drill attack.

Fire Protection Technology

The Stealth UL28 Gun Safe features a 1 hour fire rating at 1200°F, helping keep the interior temperature below 350°F to protect valuables. An intumescent door seal expands during a fire to help block smoke from entering the safe.

Security Features & Interior Design

Unique to Stealth Gun Safes is the Customizable Molle Door Panel Organizer, designed to help free up additional space and allow flexible configuration. Unlike sewn-in pockets, the molle system enables easy repositioning and customization.

Inside, the Stealth UL28 Gun Safe has a gray, carpet-lining interior (note: this unit is missing the gun interior section and floor carpeting) with leather-lined shelves. The UL28 model includes a dual gun rack and adjustable (or removable) storage shelves to help organize valuables. The electrical power outlet kit has been refurbished and features 3 outlet plug-ins and 2 USB slots for powering devices such as lights and dehumidifiers.

The UL RSC Gun Safe Series is finished in Stealth’s durable Armored Black Textured Paint and styled with a black 5-spoke handle. Large external block hinges allow the door to open a full 180º for complete access. Four bolt-down holes are pre-drilled and come with mounting hardware, along with cap covers to hide the holes inside the safe.
