  • LOOKING FOR A SAFE THAT HAS SIMILAR FIRE AND BURGLARY PROTECTION TO A TL-15 WITHOUT THE HEFTY PRICE TAG?

Introducing the Stealth Concrete Composite CS20 with advanced security features, a 90 minute fire rating and a gorgeous interior.

Starting with security, Stealth CS20 Concrete Composite Safe has a total door thickness of 4-1/2" making it nearly impossible to pry open. Both the door and the body have a 2" defense barrier of both an outer and inner steel plate totaling 9 gauge, with a concrete composite fill in the middle consisting of high-grade cement, high strength adhesives, super-plasticizer, fire-proof material and coal ash. Traditional home and office safes will have an outer steel shell with gypsum fireboard in the middle that is extremely easy to drill through. Concrete is incredibly difficult to drill through which is why it's used on bank vaults and TL Rated Safes. With the Stealth Concrete Composite Safes you get similar security features found on TL Rated Safes without the massive price tag.

Keeping the massive door locked in place are 4 solid steel chrome-plated 1-1/4" locking bolts, with two being active and two deadbolts on the hinge side. The door opens on two external heavy-duty steel strap hinges after the correct combination is entered into the lock, which is also guarded by an outer steel escutcheon plate.

The Stealth CS20 Concrete Composite Safe now comes standard with the SECURAM SafeLogic TopLit Electronic Lock, a UL Listed lock designed for enhanced visibility and ease of use. Built with durable polycarbonate construction, the TopLit features an integrated bright LED TopLight for clear code entry in any lighting condition. It runs on a single 9V battery capable of over 10,000 openings per battery, and for added security it automatically initiates a 5-minute lockout after four incorrect code entries. The lock is protected by a hard plate and internal relocker that will keep the bolts locked if a thief were to attempt a punch or drill attack. A mechanical dial lock upgrade is also available for those who prefer a traditional combination lock.

The Stealth CS20 Concrete Composite Safe is fire rated for 90 minutes at 1200 degrees with the fire resistance provided by the concrete fill. Concrete is the best fire resistance material and if you take a look at all the safes that have passed the UL fire tests, all of them use concrete. Stealth also adds an intumescent door seal that expands to multiple times its size during a fire to prevent smoke from entering the safe keeping your contents safe and secure inside.

The Stealth CS20 Concrete Composite safe is finished in an extremely durable textured black matte finish with a chrome drop down handle. What really differentiates this safe from the competition is the gray shelf and backplate that makes the interior really pop allowing you to easily see your contents inside. The finish makes this safe ideal for home, office or commercial use.

Stealth believes in and stands behind the concrete composite CS20 safe by offering a 2 year parts and labor warranty on the lock and defects in materials and workmanship and a lifetime warranty against house fire, attempted break-in and actual break-in. If you want similar security and features of a TL Rated safe at less than half the price, you've just found your perfect safe, the Stealth CS20 Concrete Composite Safe.

  • PDF Lock Instructions

    STEP 1: Installing a Battery

Use a brand new 9-Volt alkaline battery.
    • The battery is housed inside the keypad, behind the outer housing ring
    • Rotate the housing ring counterclockwise about 20° and pull it off
    • Connect a 9-Volt battery to the battery connector with the + and - lined up
    • Seat the battery back in place, then twist the housing ring clockwise until it clicks

    STEP 2: Changing Your Code

NOTE: All programming should be done with the door in the open position. Locking and unlocking may also be tested with the door open.

    • Unlock the door and keep it open for all programming steps
    • Enter 0-0-0-0-0-0
    • Enter your current code
    • Enter your new 6-digit code
    • Re-enter your new 6-digit code to confirm

STEP 3: Verify Your New Code

Ensure the handle is in the locked position. Enter your new code and turn the handle to verify it unlocks.

IMPORTANT: Test your new code multiple times before closing the door.

    TROUBLESHOOTING

    • LOW BATTERY: A series of beeps indicate that the battery is weak and must be replaced.
    • LOCKOUT MODE: If the wrong code is entered 4 times in a row, the lock will go into a 5-minute lockout. Simply wait until the lockout period ends and try again.
