The Browning Primal 12 Gun Safe comes with a 60 minute fire rating and UL Listing at an affordable price.

The Browning PRM12 Primal Gun Safe received the UL Residential Security Container Burglary Rating due to its steel construction and security features. The safe is constructed with 12 gauge steel. The Primal Gun Safe PRM12 by Browning, comes with a full 1 hour fire rating that was tested at 1400 degrees Fahrenheit. The safe comes with specialty Thermablock fire insulation, which means there are thicker sheets of fire insulation arranged in an interlocking design that minimizes gaps to prevent the internal safe temperature from rising during a fire. The PRM12 model safe has 1 ½" of fire insulation in the ceiling, 1" in the body and 1" in the door.

Standard on the PRM12 Primal 12 gun safe is a UL Listed SecuRam Electronic Lock. The lock is protected by a hardened steel pin. Another layer of security, is the Force Deflector™ locking system in the case of an attempted break in. Securing the door shut are 8 total (5 active) 1" thick chrome-lined locking bolts. These bolts use a 3-way locking system, meaning they lock into the top and both sides of the safe. 

The beige carpet-lined interior on the Primal 12 comes with an adjustable storage shelf and gun rack for neatly storing your valuables inside (wood shelves lined with carpeted material). The carpet material lining the interior of the safe is meant to protect your valuables & firearms from getting scratched while securely stored inside.

The Browning PRM12 Primal Gun Safe comes in a Black Textured Finish with a Chrome 3-spoke Handle. The interior of the safe comes with an elevated floor to prevent your guns from getting bumped on the bottom door lining will pulling them out of your safe. The heavy duty hinges allow you to open the door of the safe a complete 180 degrees.
