The Browning BX Gun Safe Series is California DOJ Approved to securely store firearms because of its 14 gauge steel construction and added security features.
The BX 18 Gun Safe comes with 45 minutes of certified fire protection for your valuables stored inside. On the front of the safe comes a UL listed electronic lock. The door on the safe is secured shut by 8 total 1" thick chrome-plated locking bolts. These bolts lock into the body of the safe in 2 different directions.
The entire interior on the BX 18 by Browning is lined with a carpeted material to prevent scratches to your guns or other valuables stored inside. The BX 18 model comes with an adjustable top shelf and side shelves for storing smaller valuables. The dual gun rack can help you store up to 18 guns inside. The door panel comes with sewn-in pistol holsters and zippered storage pockets. Another added feature, is the elevated floor, which prevents your guns from getting bumped on the bottom door lining when pulling them out of your safe.
The Browning BX Series comes in a textured hammer gray finish and black 3-spoke turn handle. This BX model comes with the Browning Lifetime ProSteel Warranty. This lifetime warranty covers break-in, attempted break-in, or fire.
