The BFS912 safe is a highly rated model with certifications from both ETL and UL despite it's compact size. With a UL RSC Level I security rating, the BFS912 has withstood tampering and pry tests utilizing mechanical and electrical hand tools to break into the safe. This is thanks to features like the 1.75” double wall steel construction and 0.5” solid steel plate door providing top-rated security. This safe series comes with high-quality bolt work, protecting your valuables from severe pry attacks. The bolts consist of three active and three dead steel locking bolts.
The BFS912 is an ETL-certified, fire-rated gun safe. Get peace of mind with an ETL 80-minute fire rating due to the seamless proprietary fire clay mix fill material and other features like an interlocking fire-safe jamb.
The exterior lock on this safe is AMSEC's ESL5LP Type 1 high security electronic lock with an illuminated keypad and 15 minute lockout penalty.
