The Hornady 98215 Rapid Night Guard Safe features a tempered glass front panel with a clock display, RFID reader and access keypad. The clock display gives the safe a discrete look helping it blend in on your nightstand. 

The spring assisted door will quietly and quickly slide open to give you access to your handgun or other valuables. The interior storage will fit most handgun sizes.

The Rapid Night Guard Safe comes with three ways to access the interior contents. The quickest entry method is the RFID reader on the front panel display. This technology, developed by Hornady, is a dependable quick touch-free entry system. Included with the safe is a RFID watchband loop tag, key fob and decal to give you fast access to the interior of the safe using the RFID reader on the front panel display. The user programmed access code and mechanical key offer additional entry methods when desired. 

The construction on the Rapid Night Guard Safe exceeds industry standards, it is built with a heavy-duty exterior housing and interior locking lugs. To secure your safe down use the included 1500lb rated security cable and/or pre-drilled mounting holes. Also included with the safe is an AC adapter to add power to the safe. Alternatively, you can use batteries to power the safe (batteries not included).

On the back of the Rapid Night Guard Safe by Hornady there are 2 USB charging ports making it easy to plug in any electronics you'd like to charge at night by your bedside.
