The uniquely designed Armored U.S. Stars and Stripes Gun Safe comes with a 100 minute fire protection and an interior unlike any other gun safe.

The Browning US49 Stars & Stripes gun safe received the UL Residential Security Container Burglary Rating due to its heavy duty construction and security features. The door on this safe is built with 1-11/16" thick Duo-Formed® Door with a full coverage 10-gauge inner steel protective plate. The body of the safe is constructed with thick 11 gauge steel.

The US49 Browning Stars & Stripes gun safe comes with a full 100 minute fire rating that was tested at 1680 degrees Fahrenheit. The safe comes with specialty Thermablock fire insulation, which means there are thicker sheets of fire insulation arranged in an interlocking design that minimizes gaps to prevent the internal safe temperature from rising during a fire. This model safe has 2 ½" of fire insulation in the ceiling, 1-⅞" in the body and 2 ⅜" in the door.

Securing the door shut are 16 total (10 active) 1 ¼" thick chrome locking bolts. These bolts use a 4-way locking system, meaning they lock into the top, the bottom and both sides of the safe. There are also Pry-Stop End Bolts, which secure the critical door corners. These End Bolts are more than 2 ½ times longer than regular bolts, they attach to a high-strength steel angle that prevents the locking bolts support bar from bending in a pry attack

Standard on the US49 Stars & Stripes gun safe is a UL Listed S&G TopLit Electronic Lock. The lock is protected by a hardened steel pin. Another layer of security, is the Force Deflector™ locking system in the case of an attempted break in.

A very unique feature that sets the Browning gun safes apart from any other safe is its interior. The door comes with the Browning DPX Door Storage System, including a Premium Full DPX Door Panel. On this DPX door panel is the Quick Access Barrel Rack, Scope Saver, pistol holsters and storage pockets.

Besides the Premium Door Panel, the patented AXIS adjustable silicone-lined (to protect your firearms) shelving is another unique feature that Browning adds to the Armored U.S. Series. This particular size comes with 5 total AXIS adjustable shelves, 3 high capacity barrel racks & 1 pistol rack. Browning AXIS interior system allows you to purchase additional interior accessories that can be added into the Stars & Stripes Gun Safes interior to best fit your needs. 

The Browning Armored U.S Stars & Stripes series is available in two different color options. The Putty Gray paint comes with a Black Handle and the Satin Black paint with a Black Chrome Handle. The handle is inspired from an older machine gun to give the safe a very unique look. Both Safes come with a rustic American Flag design on the back interior wall of the safe, making this series even more unique. On the front of the door also comes a Pledge of Allegiance in the design of the USA Flag. On the top of the safe is a storage rack to help you store other items on top of your safe.

The US49 Stars and Stripes Gun Safe comes with a pre-installed electrical outlet kit and LED light package. The heavy duty hinges allow you to open the door of the safe a complete 180 degrees. The interior comes in a beautiful coloring & raised floor to prevent your guns from getting bumped on the bottom door lining will pulling them out of your safe.
